This thesis was to investigate the managerial actual conditions about the facilities, finances, management, and present condition on the actual results of medical treatment of oriental medical office, that is, hopital-like public health center.
Chollapuk-Do, and the using ratio and response ratio of oriental medical office by the residents.

@EN 1. The oriental medical office is a hospital-like public health center under direct control of the medical section in the public health center, and has one oriental medical doctor, one nurse, and one assiatant nurse.
2. The oriental medical office has a budget of 21, 000,000 won as a fee for medical treatment, and used 13,776,000 won as of June among them, and the managerial independence showed 347%.
3. Total medical charts in the oriental medical office for one year were 2.091 among them, muscoskeletal disease were 76.3%, circuratory disease 18.9%, digestive disease 2.2%, respiratory disease 1.2% Eye and EXT disease 0.6% and other 0.6%.
4. The results investigated the using ratio and the response ratio about oriental medical office by the residents is that 75.63% of them know the establishment of oriental medical office and 56.07% of those who had an expendence of medical
treatment
answered: good effect".
When we investigated the above managerial actual condition and the using ratio and the response ratio of the residents was high, but I thing the study and activity of oriental public health medical affairs does not follow then due to the overwork
of
medical treatment. In the future the practical method of oriental public health manpower and the systematic settlement of oriental public health doctors extended and operated in the nationwide Forming-Fishing villiage medical office.
